Jeffrey C. Soza is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Corporate Department and is known for his extensive work in emerging company and venture capital matters, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings. Jeff also has extensive experience in corporate governance.

Jeff has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions in all industries, representing both acquirers and target companies. He has represented clients making private investments in operating companies, and he has overseen the syndication of limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Jeff has also counseled boards of directors regarding fiduciary duties and other matters.
