Glaser Weil Advises Cat Pumps in Sale to Franklin Electric

Glaser Weil represented Cat Pumps Corporation in its sale to Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: FELE). Based in Minneapolis with global operations, Cat Pumps is a leading manufacturer of high-pressure positive displacement plunger and piston pumps used in demanding commercial and industrial applications.

The transaction strengthens Franklin Electric’s commercial and industrial flow-control platform by adding Cat Pumps’ premium brand, proprietary high-pressure technology and recurring aftermarket parts and accessories business. Cat Pumps serves mission-critical applications across industrial cleaning, reverse osmosis and water treatment, vehicle cleaning, energy, specialty vehicles and other commercial and industrial markets. Cat Pumps will continue to operate under its existing brand within Franklin Electric’s Energy Systems segment.

The acquisition was completed on September 4, 2026.
