Glaser Weil Advises SKB Cases in Investment by MPE Partners

Glaser Weil is pleased to announce its role as legal counsel to SKB Cases, a leading manufacturer of specialty protective plastic cases, in connection with an investment by MPE Partners. Founded over four decades ago, SKB has built a strong reputation for innovation and quality, serving a diverse customer base across the military, industrial, music and pro AV and sports sectors. With experience spanning injection molding, rotational molding, vacuum forming and foam customization, SKB’s capabilities complement MPE’s vision for advancement and innovation.

The transaction, which was announced on January 21, 2025, was led by Partner and Corporate Department Co-chair Matthew Jann. The team also included partners Roger Howard, Lawrence Hadley, Jeffrey Soza and Jason Grinnell.
