Glaser Weil Advises SKB Cases in Investment by MPE Partners

The transaction, which was announced on January 21, 2025, was led by Partner and Corporate Department Co-chair Matthew Jann. The team also included partners Roger Howard, Lawrence Hadley, Jeffrey Soza and Jason Grinnell.
