The Daily Journal has once again named Patricia Glaser to its annual list of Top Women Lawyers in California. This marks Ms. Glaser’s 12th consecutive year being recognized among women lawyers who have made a difference to their clients, their firms and the legal profession.

Ms. Glaser, Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, tops the short list of trial attorneys in the nation sought after for high-stakes litigation. In her profile, the Daily Journal highlights her representation of Rysher Entertainment LLC against its former parent company over a $19 million payout to actor Don Johnson and her role as lead counsel for plaintiff Himelsein Mandel Fund Management LLC in a suit alleging breach of fiduciary duty over a failed joint venture. Ms. Glaser is also recognized for representing Reuben Klamer, author and creator of The Game of Life, against allegations of not being the true inventor of the game despite the fact that this issue was previously litigated and dismissed with prejudice in 1989; a motion to dismiss the current claims is pending.
