Overview

Olivia M. Weiss is a Glaser Weil litigation associate who focuses her practice on general commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing individuals and companies in a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. She advises clients on matters pertaining to intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, complex financial litigation and employment law. 

In addition, Olivia is experienced in litigating writs of mandamus matters on behalf of both private entities and public agencies. Her experience in administrative law includes guiding cannabis industry clients through the complex legal and regulatory landscape. Olivia also serves as Associate Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Department.

Olivia graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and received her law degree from Pepperdine University, cum laude. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
