Overview
Joseph D. Hadacek is a litigation associate in Glaser Weil’s Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on employment-related disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, as well as wage-and-hour controversies.
Joe has appeared on behalf of clients, in state and federal courts as well as private arbitration, in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer products, hospitality, technology, healthcare, media and entertainment. He has significant experience preparing for trial and arbitration, and he has secured a full defense verdict in a federal jury trial.
Drawing from this experience, Joe also counsels employers regarding legal developments and employee relations considerations to better understand their impact on business operations and workplace cultures. In all his matters, Joe seeks pragmatic, efficient and creative approaches to achieve his clients’ ultimate goals.
Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Joe was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he served as primary editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. Prior to that, Joe attained a B.M. in jazz studies from Capital University Conservatory of Music, cum laude, and served as an active-duty military bandsman playing drums and percussion for the United States Air Force.
