Grant M. Cofer is Of Counsel in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. Grant focuses his practice on commercial disputes and business litigation. He has experience representing clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Grant has handled a wide variety of matters, including cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret disputes, labor and employment violations, products liability, real estate, class actions and insurance coverage disputes. He is an aggressive advocate with responsibility for day-to-day litigation management, discovery, motion practice, and client relations.

Grant earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He graduated summa cum laude in three years from the University of Tennessee with a B.A in Political Science.
