Glaser Weil represented The Nederlander Organization, one of the largest operators of live theaters and music venues in the United States and globally, in the purchase of the Vina Robles Amphitheatre, a premier outdoor concert venue located in Paso Robles, California, in the scenic Central Coast wine country. The amphitheatre seats approximately 3,300 guests and hosts about 35 major concerts annually.

The transaction closed on April 23, 2026, for a confidential purchase price.

Corporate and real estate senior dealmaker Roger Howard led the transaction, and the Glaser Weil team included real estate partner Jason Grinnell and associates Dora de la Rosa and Tigran Samvelyan.
