Glaser Weil is proud to have represented global, multi-platinum recording artist and entrepreneur Niall Horan in connection with his strategic partnership with VENU Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU), a fan-founded, artist-inspired company redefining the future of live entertainment.

As part of this transaction, Horan joins VENU as a shareholder and founding member of its Advisory Council, alongside fellow artist Dierks Bentley. VENU is building premium, experience-driven entertainment and hospitality destinations across the nation.

This collaboration reflects Horan’s commitment to creating meaningful connections between artists and audiences, leveraging his decade of global touring experience and entrepreneurial ventures to help shape VENU’s disruptive approach to live entertainment.
