Cypers Co-authors Law360 Article on the Authority to Expand the Parties to an Arbitration

Michael Cypers, partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department, co-authored an expert analysis piece for Law360 entitled, “Ensure All Relevant Parties Sign Arbitration Agreement.” Published July 20, 2018, the piece investigates whether an arbitrator has the authority to expand the parties to an arbitration.
