Glaser Weil's Banking and Financial Services Chair Richard Gottlieb will speak at the Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference hosted by Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) on May 7, 2024. 

In the panel presentation titled “Understanding UDAAP – Lessons from Key Cases and Supervision,” Richard will discuss lessons from key cases and provide his outlook on what to expect with supervision and enforcement as the CFPB continues its broad application of its unfair, deceptive and abusive practices (UDAAP) authority.
