Glaser Weil is proud to sponsor an upcoming webinar hosted by the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Litigation Section and its Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee titled “SFFA v. Harvard: What’s the Verdict on the Potential Impact to Law Firms and Other Legal Organizations?”

The event will explore the landmark Supreme Court decision which held that race-based affirmative action programs in college admissions violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, and will discuss its impact on DEI initiatives of law firms and other legal organizations, as well as on legal recruiting.

The webinar will offer CLE credit for Elimination of Bias and will take place on Friday, May 24, 2024, from noon – 1p.m. PT.

Glaser Weil Partner Julie Gerchik is a member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a co-chair of this program.
