Glaser Weil is pleased to announce that Partner Elizabeth Sperling has been honored among the 2024 “Women of Influence in Law” by the San Diego Business Journal. The women covered in this issue were recognized for their outstanding legal abilities and achievements, distinguished leadership, and significant contributions and commitment to the San Diego community.

Sperling co-chairs the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice. She is an exceptional San Diego-based litigator who is widely recognized for her representation of financial institutions and other consumer-facing businesses and high net worth individuals. Recent successes include securing dismissals and defending appeals on behalf of banks and mortgage services in two putative class-actions-turned-mass-actions; successfully representing a minority shareholder in a complex arbitration brought against another shareholder; and representing an international developer and its receivers in a high-profile San Diego lawsuit. Sperling has been instrumental in the growth of Glaser Weil’s San Diego office and is actively involved in DEI efforts within the legal community.
