Daily Journal

Glaser Weil is proud to announce that Partner Kerry Garvis Wright has once again been named to the Daily Journal’s prestigious list of “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers.” This annual feature honors California’s leading attorneys in employment law, including those specializing in wage and hour disputes, PAGA actions, employer defense and wrongful termination.

Garvis Wright chairs the Firm’s Employment Practice and is widely recognized for her deep experience representing both employers and employees in high-stakes litigation. She has first- and second-chaired dozens of jury trials and arbitrations involving workplace discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation and more. In addition to her litigation practice, Garvis Wright provides strategic counsel to employers navigating both routine and emerging legal challenges.

In connection with this year’s recognition, the Daily Journal profiled Garvis Wright’s work on behalf of Adel Hagekhalil, former chief executive of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The article highlights her defense of Hagekhalil amid highly politicized workplace investigations.
