Zeina R. Safadi is a litigation associate in Glaser Weil’s Century City office who represents individual and commercial clients in a wide range of complex disputes, including real estate and breach of contract matters, business torts, complex commercial litigation and cases involving white‑collar defense and accounting fraud.

Zeina has experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation. She routinely drafts dispositive, discovery, evidentiary and appellate motions; manages discovery in multi-party matters; and works closely with clients and opposing counsel to advance case strategy. She has second-chaired trials, first-chaired offensive and defensive depositions and first-chaired mediations, and is actively involved in witness preparation and trial development.

Zeina’s practice primarily focuses on:

  • Commercial and business disputes
  • Real estate litigation

Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Zeina practiced at an Am Law 100 firm in Los Angeles. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she gained early advocacy experience through hands-on clinic work, legal scholarship and mock trial competition, including serving as a student attorney and a staff writer on the Boston College Intellectual Property & Technology Forum. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in written and oral advocacy and reinforced her interest in complex litigation. Zeina earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is fluent in Arabic and brings a global perspective to her practice.
