Overview
Stewart Hayes, an Associate in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department, maintains a practice focused on a diverse array of real estate transactions. He represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, commercial leasing transactions, joint ventures, 1031 exchanges, real estate secured and mezzanine financing, and a variety of due diligence matters, including reviewing title and surveys.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law.
