Overview

Roland Templeman is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Entertainment Department. His practice focuses on representing talent in the film/TV industry, including actors, directors, producers and writers.

Roland has a breadth of experience reviewing and negotiating:

  • Talent agreements
  • Writing agreements
  • Producer agreements
  • Corporate transactions
  • Intellectual property matters
  • Influencer marketing and advertising agreements

Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Roland practiced law at a New York firm. Roland began his legal career at an Am Law 50 firm, where he supported a variety of corporate transactions.

Before attending law school, Roland worked at a public relations agency and interned in the motion picture talent department at ICM Partners and at the Office of the Los Angeles City Mayor.

Roland earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. He earned his B.A. from Georgetown University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
