Overview
Jacqueline Lee is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on public entity matters. Jackie’s experience extends from case strategy and discovery to dispositive motion practice and hearings.
Before joining Glaser Weil, Jackie practiced at a leading California law firm that specializes in labor and employment law for public agencies. In that role, she advised clients on labor relations including strike preparedness, represented them in grievance and disciplinary appeal hearings, and litigated claims under FEHA, Title VII, Section 1983 and FLSA. She previously worked at boutique litigation firm, managing cases in consumer rights, business litigation, general liability, and labor and employment.
Jackie’s background also includes judicial experience as an extern to the Honorable Edward J. Davila of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and advocacy work with USC’s Post-Conviction Justice Project, where she successfully argued for a client’s release before the California Board of Parole Hearings.
Jackie earned her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she served as Senior Content Editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley. Jackie is proficient in Korean and conversational in Japanese.

- A California county in a disciplinary appeal, where she successfully defended the termination of a correctional sergeant for falsifying firearms qualification records and undermining public trust.
- A California municipal agency in a disciplinary appeal, where she successfully defended the agency’s termination of an employee found unfit for duty.
- A California county in arbitration, where she secured an award upholding the dismissal of a long-term employee for timesheet fraud, misuse of county vehicles and dishonesty during an internal investigation.
