Overview
Cindy Kaneko is a Litigation Associate in Glaser Weil’s Century City office, where she focuses on commercial litigation. She has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides in high‑stakes matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation.
Her experience includes drafting dispositive motions and pleadings, managing discovery, preparing witnesses for testimony, coordinating expert strategy and managing all stages of pre‑trial and trial preparation.

- Franchise litigation
Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Cindy was an associate in the commercial litigation group at a global Am Law 100 firm. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as production editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. She received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Cindy is fluent in Japanese and is an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
