Glaser Weil Represents TruAmerica Multifamily in Acquisition of 636-Unit Dallas Apartment Community

Glaser Weil represented TruAmerica Multifamily as buyer in its acquisition of Pavilions, a 636-unit garden-style apartment community in Dallas’s Lake Highlands submarket, and as borrower under the related acquisition loan.

The acquisition expands TruAmerica’s Dallas portfolio to more than 2,400 units and contributes to the company surpassing $1 billion in total acquisition volume in 2026.

The deal team was led by Partner Elizabeth Dryden and included Associate Tigran Samvelyan and Partner David Hochman.
