Law360 Pulse

Glaser Weil managing partner Peter Weil was interviewed by Law360 Pulse to discuss the Firm's rebrand, which launched today. "This rebrand isn't just a new logo and website. We're trying to assure that Glaser Weil remains vibrant and relevant. We took a year to focus on this website and how to do it. We got a lot of input. It was a collective effort... We're optimistic. We think we've been successful, especially incorporating next gen."

Weil highlighted the firm's rebranding efforts, emphasizing the relevance and inclusivity of the next generation, and the shift in focus to the full spectrum of the Firm's legal services beyond its renown in litigation. As he put it, "We've always had a reputation as a powerhouse litigation firm... But we've also, from day one, had tremendous success in other areas of our practice. That's what we wanted to give new emphasis to as well."

As managing partner, Weil is actively involved in recruiting efforts, ensuring that the Firm brings in top talent to contribute to its growth. He emphasized in the interview how Glaser Weil is actively seeking new lawyers who align with its culture and share enthusiasm for its vision. "We're not trying to duplicate or emulate anybody else. We want to be the best Glaser Weil we can be. We want people who share that view."
