Glaser Weil Corporate Partner Marc Indeglia was interviewed by Bloomberg regarding Nasdaq’s updated listing and compliance standards for smaller publicly traded companies, which have sparked debate among regulators, issuers and market participants regarding their effect on market oversight and growth opportunities.

Indeglia, who also serves as president of the Small Public Company Coalition, said the rule “will severely impact small businesses” and warned that it could hinder capital formation and create incentives that disadvantage smaller public companies.
