Glaser Weil Represented Ocean West Capital Partners in $170 Million Joint Venture

Glaser Weil is proud to announce its part in a joint venture between client Ocean West Capital Partners and Lionstone Partners to acquire 777 Aviation Blvd. in El Segundo. The $170 million acquisition secured a 318,200 sq. ft. office building.

Headquartered in the same South Bay city, Ocean West Capital Partners’ deal was originally announced in June. The full service real estate investment, operations, and management platform was counseled by Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department. The department of renowned attorneys advise clients on all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, ranging from initial negotiations to performing due diligence, advising on financing alternatives, providing structuring advice and forming the acquisition entity.
