George Wall Appointed to OCTANe’s Board of Directors

OCTANe welcomes Glaser Weil’s Partner and Chair of Mergers & Acquisitions Department to its Board of Directors.

Headquartered in Orange County, CA; the covening organization of Southern California technology and medical technology business ecosystem is working to create 55,000 high paying technology jobs in Southern California by 2030.

The Board of Directors work with both the Executive Committee and Senior Advisors, which range from partners to industry experts throughout Southern California’s technology and medical technology community. They aim to spread the word about OCTANe and help build the SoCal of tomorrow.

Mr. Wall is one of the leading merger and acquisition attorneys in Southern California.  He is a Senior Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department where he is Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, recaps, sales and reorganizations; venture capital transactions; securities; broad-based tax planning; fund formations; and preparation of loan documentation.
