Sperling to Speak at the 2025 Southern District of California Judicial Conference

Glaser Weil Partner and Banking and Financial Services Practice Co-chair Elizabeth Sperling will be speaking at the 2025 Southern District of California Judicial Conference, taking place May 5 – 6, 2025.

This year’s conference, “Upholding Justice: Innovation, Integrity and the Public Eye,” will convene federal judges, attorneys and legal professionals from across the Southern District of California and the broader Ninth Circuit.

Sperling will join fellow Lawyer Representatives for a panel discussion titled “Exploration of the Practitioner Survey Results & Discussion.” The panel builds on the feedback presented at the June 2024 Bench/Bar Luncheon from the 2024 Practitioner Survey, which collected input from the legal community on the Court’s practices and procedures. Panelists will discuss changes the Court has already implemented in response to the feedback and explore additional opportunities for improvement to better serve practitioners in the federal system.
