Glaser Weil was proud to sponsor Deadline’s inaugural L.A. Law Summit, an invite-only gathering of leading attorneys, agents, managers, executives, creators and entertainment industry professionals focused on the legal and business issues shaping Hollywood’s future. The event, which took place on September 17, 2026, in Los Angeles, featured discussions on intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, the creator economy and artificial intelligence.

A highlight of the summit was the presentation of Deadline’s Visionary Award to Patricia Glaser and the Game Changer Award to Nina Shaw, recognizing their distinguished careers and lasting contributions to the entertainment industry. Following the award presentation, Glaser participated in a fireside conversation with Deadline Executive Editor for Legal, Labor & Politics Dominic Patten and Glaser Weil Partner Gali Grant.

The Firm was also represented by Partner Jesse B. Levin, who spoke on the panel, AI: Navigating the Realities & Possibilities of Digital Hollywood. Levin drew on his experience advising clients on artificial intelligence, digital rights, intellectual property, media technology and high-stakes entertainment disputes.
