Glaser Weil Partner Michael Cypers will speak on a panel titled “Construction Disputes After Initial Endorsement” at the American Bar Association’s Annual Conference: Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, which will take place in Washington, D.C., May 22 - 24. The session will take place on May 23 from 3:45 – 5:00 p.m. ET.

Few lawyers in the country have handled as many affordable housing litigations as Cypers has. He is an experienced trial lawyer and business counsellor who focuses on complex financial disputes, including housing finance. Cypers' successful trial work on behalf of a private equity affordable housing fund that rescinded investment contracts earned a “Top High Impact Verdict” in California distinction by the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
