Cypers to Speak on Construction Disputes Panel at ABA’s 2024 Affordable Housing Conference

Glaser Weil Partner Michael Cypers will speak on a panel titled “Construction Disputes After Initial Endorsement” at the American Bar Association’s Annual Conference: Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, which will take place in Washington, D.C., May 22 - 24. The session will take place on May 23 from 3:45 – 5:00 p.m. ET.

He is an experienced trial lawyer and business counsellor who focuses on complex financial disputes, including housing finance. Cypers' successful trial work on behalf of a private equity affordable housing fund that rescinded investment contracts earned a “Top High Impact Verdict” in California distinction by the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
