Glaser Weil Litigation Partners Michael Cypers and Emil Petrossian will each moderate panels at InterFace Conference Group’s first annual Affordable Housing Southern California Conference, which will take place in Los Angeles, CA, on September 10.

Cypers, who’s also chair of the Firm’s affordable housing practice, is among the country’s most experienced affordable housing litigation attorneys, focusing primarily on the representation of private equity firms in the affordable housing space. He will be leading the panel “Affordable Housing Finance & Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Strategies,” which will focus on access to capital, equity, debt and options for affordable and workforce housing.

Petrossian is a leading trial attorney known for handling complex commercial, real estate and financial services disputes. He will moderate a panel titled “Update from Southern California Housing Authorities & Legal Experts.”

The conference will explore a variety of industry trends and bring together decisionmakers in affordable and workforce housing, including leading developers, owners, investors, brokers, lenders, financial intermediaries, architects and contractors.
