Patty Glaser Daily Journal Top 100

The Daily Journal

The Daily Journal has named Glaser Weil Partner and Litigation Chair Patty Glaser to its prestigious list of "100 Top Lawyers in California." In a supplement published Sept. 11, 2013, Patty was recognized for her successful verdicts in three related wrongful terminations and wage and hour disputes filed against client real estate magnate and Indiana Pacers owner Herb Simon, a $27.8 million judgment secured for Broadcom Corp. co-founder Henry Nicholas in a suit with a real estate developer and her current representation of LegalZoom.com, Inc. in a suit against a competitor that claims false and misleading advertising, trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Patty told the Daily Journal that every case a client brings is an important case to her -- because it's important to the client.

"If you don't like to fight, then I think you might be a nicer person than I am, but I think you're at a disadvantage," Patty added. "To be arguably successful as a trial lawyer, you need to enjoy the fight to some extent."
