Glaser Weil is pleased to announce that Litigation Partner Cindy Organ has been named to Daily Journal’s 2024 “Top 40 Under 40” list. In a profile highlighting her inclusion in the premier list of California attorneys under the age of 40, Daily Journal discussed the breadth of her civil litigation practice, which spans business disputes in the entertainment and fashion industries, employment matters, and high-stakes cases involving constitutional issues.

Among her notable recent victories, Organ secured a settlement in principle in a high-profile entertainment dispute involving a literary agency and its former CEO. She also resolved a three-year litigation battle involving digital advertising and game company, resulting in a full dismissal and retraction of allegations against her client.

Looking ahead, Organ has several major trials on the horizon, including a December trial representing a 50% owner of a women’s shoe company in an embezzlement case and a February trial defending a member of the family of a major fashion empire in a case involving sensitive allegations.
