The Government & Regulatory Practice of Glaser Weil has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year as one of the top lobbying firms in L.A. County by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Jumping up to 6th, the Firm earns a coveted spot among the top 24 Lobbying Firms in 2020. This prestigious list highlights those law firms recognized for outstanding achievements and lobbying in the Los Angeles.

Glaser Weil’s Government & Regulatory group recently announced its new co-chairs, Clare Bronowski and Elisa Paster. The highly sought after attorneys both specialize in land use and environmental law, including development and entitlement projects. These renowned partners continue to advise clients through the challenging governmental process.

Clare Bronowski has vast experience in administrative and municipal law, transactional real estate and land use processing and litigation, which makes Ms. Bronowski an integral part of any land development team.

For over 15 years, Elisa Paster has worked as a land use lawyer assisting her clients with development, planning and placemaking. Ms. Paster’s extensive range of knowledge and previous “behind the counter” experience allows her to think creatively about legal issues and provides clients with a unique perspective.

The distinguished members of the Government & Regulatory department previously worked for local governmental entities or served on local commissions, giving them a deep understanding of real estatedevelopment and the political and administrative process.
