Glaser Weil ranks 10th among Los Angeles County law firms with large real estate practices, according to The Real Deal magazine. This report, which was published in July 2018, ranks the 20 largest real estate practices.

The report also notes that the uncertain economy has increased the need for legal services as the dynamic market has led to many more complex and prolonged deals. "Even seemingly straightforward deals are no longer easy-peasy... Whether projects require legal teams to put layers of financing in place, sift through lawful directives or negotiate multiparty agreements, L.A.’s commercial developments are proof that the road to success is littered with legal fees."
