Glaser Weil Named to BTI Consulting Group’s 2027 Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation

|
BTI Consulting Group

Glaser Weil is proud to once again be recognized by BTI Consulting Group as one of the most feared law firms in litigation, earning a place on the “Awesome Opponent” list in the newly released BTI Litigation Outlook 2027.

This year, corporate counsel named 92 law firms they least want to face on the other side of a case. BTI groups the honorees into four tiers. Glaser Weil’s place in the Awesome Opponent tier puts it among the top 54 firms recognized nationwide.

What sets Glaser Weil apart is the scale at which it earns this distinction. Most firms on the list are large national or global platforms, many with thousands of lawyers and offices around the world. Glaser Weil is an independent, Los Angeles-based firm that goes head-to-head with them through trial-ready strategy, senior-level attention to every matter and a willingness to see a fight through to the end.

BTI’s rankings come directly from in-house legal decisionmakers. They point to opponents whose arrival alone changes the calculus of a case, pushing the other side to rethink its strategy, its budget and its appetite for risk.
