Glaser Weil Represents Palisade Group in $47.5 Million Acquisition of Class A Office Buildings

Glaser Weil is pleased to announce its representation of Palisade Group, LLC, in the acquisition of two Class A office buildings, totaling 223,000 square feet, at 1000 and 1100 Dexter Avenue in Seattle, Washington. Our work included Palisade Group’s joint venture with a Sabal Investment Holdings entity. 

The properties are located in Seattle’s South Lake Union submarket, one of the city’s premier urban neighborhoods, best known for its technology and life sciences concentration. The area has been one of the most active in the region for office investment sales over the last two years.

The transaction was led by Glaser Weil real estate partners Jason Grinnell and Tom Hanley with assistance from corporate partner Matthew Jann and real estate associate Tigran Samvelyan.
