Kristen E. O’Hagan is a litigation paralegal in Glaser Weil’s Century City office. With over a decade of experience, Kristen has supported litigation teams across a wide range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, construction, insurance and medical malpractice. She has played a key role in all phases of litigation—from client intake through trial and arbitration—bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case.

She has attended multiple trials and arbitrations, including serving as a second chair paralegal, and is known for her ability to manage large caseloads while maintaining precision and efficiency.

Kristen’s extensive experience includes:

  • Case and document management for high-volume, complex litigation
  • Drafting and responding to written and electronic discovery
  • Legal and factual research and analysis
  • Preparing deposition outlines, trial exhibits, voir dire questions and jury instructions
  • Managing trial preparation and attending trials and arbitrations
  • Conducting background investigations and juror profiling
  • Collaborating with expert witnesses and overseeing new team members

Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Kristen held senior paralegal roles at several prominent law firms in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas.
