John Goad is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department. John represents owners, private-equity investors, developers and other clients in all aspects of their commercial real estate transactions.
In recent years, John has successfully represented clients in the purchase, disposition and development of real property assets valued in excess of $2 billion.
John also has experience handling complex title insurance coverage matters on behalf of a Fortune 500 title insurance company, which gives him unique insight when it comes to analyzing his clients’ concerns regarding title matters that may impact their real property interests.
