Jeffrey Dohoda is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions.
Jeff regularly advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with securities transactions, including SEC-registered debt offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S transactions. He also regularly advises public companies on their SEC reporting requirements and securities law compliance and disclosure matters. Whether advising on securities transactions or managing disclosure obligations, Jeff offers thoughtful, practical guidance that advances clients’ strategic goals.

Before joining Glaser Weil, Jeff practiced at leading U.S. law firms in Sydney and San Francisco. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as Senior Notes and Submissions Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, and he holds a B.A., cum laude, in History with a minor in Arabic and Islamic Studies from UCLA.

- The joint bookrunners in connection with an SEC-registered offering by a multinational mining and metals public company of $850 million 5.25% Senior Notes due 2026, $700 million 5.1% Senior Notes due 2028, $900 million 5.25% Senior Notes due 2030, $1.5 billion 5.25% Senior Notes due 2033, and $800 million 5.5% Senior Notes due 2053.*
- The book running lead managers as global counsel in a $350 million qualified institutional placement by an Indian pharmaceutical company.*
- The book running lead managers as global counsel in a $410 million qualified institutional placement by an Indian integrated power utility, with interests in power generation, transmission, distribution and the manufacturing and supply of power cables.*
- The underwriters in a bond issuance of $850 million 6.875% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2033 by an Australian oil and gas exploration and production company, offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.*
- An Australian mining company in connection with a U.S. private placement consisting of $100 million 6.19% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2033 and $100 million 6.29% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2035.*
- An Australian laboratory services company in connection with a U.S. private placement consisting of AU$50 million 6.48% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2028, €50 million 4.71% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2028 and CAD$80 million 6.05% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2028.*
