Elias Dabaie is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. As a highly skilled trial attorney and high-stakes business litigator, Elias consistently delivers winning results in his clients’ most sensitive and high-stakes matters. He partners closely with clients to develop creative and disruptive strategies to obtain their specific objectives in the courtroom and the marketplace. Elias’ recent notable experience includes his representation of:

  • The Yucaipa Companies, a premier private equity firm, in litigation against Lantern Capital and Spyglass Media Group arising from Yucaipa’s attempted purchase of The Weinstein Company in 2017.
  • Freddie Roach, a hall-of-fame professional boxing trainer, in connection with a lawsuit filed by a former actor and waiter who claimed to have arranged a meeting that led to the widely publicized 2015 Mayweather-Pacquiao boxing match, one of the most lucrative fights in history.
  • An investment company that owns a well-known restaurant chain in successfully settling a multijurisdictional dispute between investors at various levels of a complicated corporate structure.
