Damion Scheller is a seasoned corporate paralegal at Glaser Weil, bringing over two decades of legal experience across entertainment, private equity, real estate and financial services. He supports the Firm’s transactional practices.

Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Damion held paralegal roles at a global talent agency, a private equity investment firm, a real estate finance company and several leading law firms. His work has included managing entity compliance across jurisdictions, supporting mergers and acquisitions, overseeing KYC/AML protocols, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. He also provided legal support related to corporate insurance coverages, working closely with general counsel and transactional attorneys to ensure regulatory alignment and risk management.

Damion earned his J.D. from Concord University School of Law and holds a B.A. in History from UCLA. He also completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate in Litigation from UCLA Extension. Known for his collaborative approach and technical fluency, Damion is proficient in a broad suite of legal software and document management platforms, making him a valuable asset to any legal team.
