His experience includes representing individuals and companies in a broad range of commercial litigation matters including corporate disputes, fraud, trademark disputes, contract disputes, employment law, unfair competition, trade secrets misappropriation, and real estate disputes before state and federal courts, and in arbitrations.
Simon graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, summa cum laude, and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Simon served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael Small and the Honorable Tony Richardson of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Simon also externed at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in both the Division of Corporation Finance and the Division of Enforcement.
