Glaser Weil LLP congratulates Partner Rory Miller on being recognized by Benchmark Litigation for its 2020 “40 & Under Hot List.” The honor is awarded to the top young talent in their respective litigation communities in the U.S. & Canada — in 2020, only 100 lawyers in the West region were named to the list. This is Mr. Miller’s fourth consecutive year on Benchmark’s “40 & Under Hot List.”

Mr. Miller focuses his practice on a wide variety of business, antitrust and intellectual property disputes from pre-litigation through trial and appeal in courts across the country. He has represented clients of all sizes from individuals to Fortune 100 companies, and has experience with the legal needs of a wide range of industries, including private equity, biotechnology, finance and insurance, entertainment, fashion and manufacturing.
In just the past year, Mr. Miller handled various notable cases for clients, including billionaire bond investor Bill Gross in his widely publicized lawsuit against PIMCO, private equity firm The Gores Group in both California and Delaware courts, and argued two cases before the Ninth Circuit. The successful outcomes of these matters have been reported on across the top publications in the industry, including the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Daily Journal, Law360, and Bloomberg.
Mr. Miller’s efforts on behalf of the Firm’s clients have led to a number of recognitions and awards, including being named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” list and Super Lawyers' Southern California Rising Stars lists.
