The daily legal newspaper’s special report featured Mr. Tabibian for his notable and recent work in the real estate industry. As a top attorney in his field, he provides counsel and legal representation to his clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, construction and development, leasing, debt and equity financing, and joint ventures. Mr. Tabibian has successfully handled and closed more than $4 billion worth of real estate transactions across the country.
In the publication, he discussed how he adds value in representing his clients. “A big part of what I do is not just practice law, I do deal-making with these business-focused transactions. I’m an investor myself, and I bring that mindset to my clients,” said Tabibian.
“We are very pleased that the Daily Journal recognized David as one of the top attorneys in California,” said Managing Partner Peter Weil. “He continues to have tremendous success in representing the Firm’s clients in a variety of real estate transactions, no matter how complex they may be. He is an incredible asset to our team.”
Mr. Tabibian’s prestigious recognition in the Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” joins other awards he has received for his work, including being honored by Investopedia’s Real Estate Column in 2016 as one of “The 5 Best Real Estate Lawyers in Los Angeles”, and named to the Southern California Super Lawyers, Rising Stars lists from 2014 through 2019.
Established in 1893, the Daily Journal is known as one of the foremost legal publications in the U.S. The publication is widely respected by California attorneys in all practice areas for its extensive coverage and profiles of judges, appellate decisions, and other notable legal information.
