Dora de la Rosa, an associate in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department, represents institutional lenders, borrowers, investors, sellers, and buyers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. These include acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development, leasing, and debt and equity financing. Her practice has dealt with a variety of projects, including hotels, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use projects, as well as residential properties, and vacant land.
Represented an institutional lender in connection with the purchase of office buildings in multiple states totaling over $200 million.
Represented private equity firm in acquisition and disposition of various properties in multiple states.
Represented borrower in connection with its $680 million CMBS loan covering a portfolio of residential properties in 20 states.
