Cynthia E. Organ is a Partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in state and federal litigation and arbitration in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, labor and employment, trade secret, and real estate actions. Cindy has experience drafting and arguing law and motion matters, handling discovery disputes, and taking matters to trial.
While in law school at the University of Southern California, Cindy served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phillip S. Gutierrez of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and a Content Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. After graduating from law school, Cindy served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse of the High Court of American Samoa.
Cindy serves on the Board of Governors of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles as the co-chair of the website and social media committee. Cindy is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and in American Samoa.
