Peter Breckheimer, a partner in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist for the State Bar of California’s upcoming Real Property Law Section seminar on “Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements from the Lender, Borrower and Tenant Perspective.” The panel will take place at noon on Tuesday, January 26, at the State Bar of California’s downtown Los Angeles office.
The seminar will explore the various negotiation and drafting strategies and landmines of SNDAs from the standpoint of the lender and the tenant, looking at it through both transactional and litigation perspectives. It will also cover issues that may arise in connection with impairment of leases by a landlord and a tenant in violation of an SNDA.
