Glaser Weil LLP is pleased to announce that David Tabibian has been made a Partner of the Firm.
Mr. Tabibian provides counsel and legal representation to his clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction and development, leasing, debt and equity financing, loan workouts, joint ventures, and 1031 exchanges. He has successfully handled and closed more than $4 billion dollars’ worth of real estate transactions across the country. Frequently serving as outside general counsel for his clients, his success comes from his ability to aggressively pursue his clients' objectives while keeping all parties focused on closing the deal.

Mr. Tabibian received his law degree with honors from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was an Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He received his bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, where he graduated cum laude and as a Renaissance Scholar. He has been named in multiple years to Super Lawyers’ “Southern California Rising Stars" list, an honor achieved by no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in California. In 2016, he was named as one of "The 5 Best Real Estate Lawyers in Los Angeles" by Investopedia’s Real Estate Column.
