Glaser Weil Attorney Michael Smith Discusses Fish-Shooting Regulations on Ipse Dixit, a Legal Podcast

Glaser Weil associate attorney Michael Smith gives a lengthy analysis on the practice of fish shooting; its regulations, methods, and unlawful prosecution on Ipse Dixit, a legal podcast.

As a follow up to his article, “Shooting Fish,” which will be published in Volume 12 of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law – Mr. Smith spoke with Brian L. Frye, Spears-Gilbert Associate Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law for his 441st podcast episode.

Mr. Smith’s practice includes commercial litigation, including cases that involve claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Mr. Smith also has experience defending against lawsuits alleging violations of constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Other matters that Mr. Smith has litigated include property disputes involving quiet title, civil assault and battery, civil harassment, and restraining order litigation.
