
Glaser Weil LLP is pleased to announce that Jason Grinnell has joined the Firm in its Century City office as partner of the Real Estate Department.
Mr. Grinnell brings decades of transactional experience to the Firm’s premier Real Estate group. His practice includes purchases and sales of commercial properties, office, retail, healthcare, and industrial leases, and real estate finance. He also has considerable experience in handling the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Grinnell’s clients include global technology companies and video game developers and publishers, who he represents in office and studio leases.
In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Grinnell has years of experience leading renewable energy project finance deals, including construction and permanent debt financing and tax credit investments for solar and wind portfolios.
Mr. Grinnell is a regular speaker at the ICSC National Law Conference and was a member of the ICSC Model Retail Lease Task Force. He is also a former member of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Executive Committee.
Mr. Grinnell earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
