Glaser Weil Announces Lawsuit By BML Properties, Ltd. Against China Construction America, Inc. and Affiliates

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 26, 2017 — Attorney Peter Sheridan (Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP, Los Angeles) today announced a lawsuit filed in New York County Supreme Court by BML Properties, Ltd. against China Construction America, Inc., CSCEC Bahamas, Ltd. and CCA Bahamas, Ltd., the primary contractor and its affiliates for the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, The Bahamas.  BML Properties, Ltd. owned the project, which was being developed by its subsidiary Baha Mar Ltd.
