Clare Bronowski to Moderate Panel at the Real Estate Women’s Forum California

Clare Bronowski, a Partner in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate and Government & Regulatory Law departments, will be presenting “Breaking Ground: Building and Development” at the 2016 Real Estate Women's Forum California. Ms. Bronowski, along with four esteemed panelists, will examine the impact of increased land costs, resistant neighborhood councils, a complicated tax structure, environmental regulations and high construction costs on California’s growth trajectory.

The Real Estate Women's Forum California focuses on women who are leading the charge in an array of real estate markets from multifamily to retail, from office to industrial.  Leading women from northern and southern California will share their experiences on the unique opportunities and challenges facing women in commercial and investment real estate. More than 300 real estate professionals are expected to join for networking, idea sharing and insightful discussions.
