Clare Bronowski, a Partner in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate and Government & Regulatory Law departments, will be presenting “Breaking Ground: Building and Development” at the 2016 Real Estate Women's Forum California. Ms. Bronowski, along with four esteemed panelists, will examine the impact of increased land costs, resistant neighborhood councils, a complicated tax structure, environmental regulations and high construction costs on California’s growth trajectory.
